Deborah Popolizio earned her M.S. in Applied Physiology and Nutrition from Columbia University. She is an American Dietetics Association recognized Registered Dietitian. Her coaching experience spans 25 years ranging from tots to competitive. She has coached numerous gymnasts to titles on the State and Regional level. She is USA Gymnastics Safety Certified. Deborah is the mother of three.
Women's Recreational Program Director/USAIGC Director
Danielle Tempio has been a part of the Artistic family since 2011. Danielle began gymnastics and dance at the age of 5 and continued both sports competitively for 8 years. She immediately realized her passion for coaching and now with 12 years experience she has coached everything from Preschoolers to Competitive. In 2013 she developed Artistic’s USAIGC program and that same year her Bronze level team placed 3rd at the NY State Championship.
Mens Competitive Program Director
Eddie Riccio earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education from Cortland University. He competed for 4 years on Cortland’s prestigious NCAA diving team. Prior to college, Eddie had a very successful gymnastics career. In high school, Eddie placed in Section XI County Invitational all 4 years. For the past 12 years. Eddie has coached numerous athletes to State level titles. His enthusiasm for the sport, and attention to detail is a tremendous asset to the Artistic Men’s Program.
Women's USAG Director/ Optional Coach
Office Specialist, Choreographer
Linda Schantz has been part of the Artistic family since 2002. Linda attended Suffolk Community College with a Major in Business Administration. She began dancing at the age of 5. Linda specialized in the areas of Ballet, Jazz, Hip Hop and Tap. She uses her 12 years dance experience to create unique floor routines for Artistic's optional gymnasts, and works on body positioning with our compulsory and recreational gymnasts.
